Originally from Mississippi, our family moved to a charming Connecticut town in the Spring of 2024. At the moment, I am working on getting settled in our new home and restoring the yard after years of neglect. I am fascinated by ancient stone walls and luckily, we have almost 1000 feet of ancient stone walls on our property!
I am an avid book collector and especially love European Medieval, Colonial American, and Louisiana and Mississippi 19th century history. Along with being a passionate academic of history and research, my other interests include embroidery, southern cooking, and politics.
